Inkjet printer automation for jumbo roll un-/rewinding

Our jumbo roll unwinder & rewinder enables you to unwind and rewind label rolls with an outer diameter of up to 410 mm.

The greatest possible speed is determined by the maximum printing speed of the inkjet printer used. In the case of the Epson ColorWorks C7500, it is 300 mm/s.

The core element of the winder is a gentle winding characteristic. The winding characteristics can be edited, saved and called up via recipe management. A touch panel is attached for this.

In addition, the system can be equipped with a 100% control via scanner or camera system.

Further options such as the integrable splice table with cutting aid and material clamping, a mobile underframe and the winding by roll diameter according to target specifications can be integrated on customer request.

In addition, a spacious storage / work area in front of the printing station makes handling easier for the operator.
