Loftware & NiceLabel combine

In a press release published on January 12, 2021, NiceLabel and Loftware announced their merger under the Loftware umbrella.

NiceLabel has distinguished itself over many years as a developer of label design software and label management systems. Loftware, in turn, is characterized in particular by the integration of labeling solutions in company software programs.

The main goal is to continue investing in cloud-based technologies. For example, NiceLabel recently offered an alternative to classic on-premises solutions with "Label Cloud", among other things.

The complementary product ranges of both companies offer excellent prospects for the future together.

Die Loftware- und NiceLabel-Produkte werden auch nach dem Zusammenschluss weiterhin wie gewohnt angeboten.

The Loftware and NiceLabel products will continue to be offered as usual even after the merger.
