As a responsible company with clear values and a strong vision, we take social responsibility seriously—especially where young people need support. Because today's youth are the future of our region.

Together with the Strahlemann Foundation in Heppenheim, we specifically promote projects that open up new perspectives for young people. Our goal is to pave the way for young people to successfully complete their schooling or training – especially those who face particular challenges. We support school leavers without training places and young people with limited future prospects in finding their place in working life. This makes a lasting contribution to securing skilled workers and strengthening regional education structures.

The Strahlemann Foundation is a non-profit educational organization that has been committed to equal opportunities and effective career guidance for over 20 years. With projects such as the Talent Company, the foundation creates spaces and structures in schools that enable practical career guidance, connect schools, companies, and institutions, and bring young people into contact with the world of work at an early stage.
